Default Headers?

I got a cat back Magnaflow exhaust. I want to get headers also. What is a good combination with magnaflow mufflers? Will I have any trouble fitting the headers on?

are you ooking to get long tubes or shorties? And if shorties equal or unequal? I ask because these will all make a very big difference whether or not they will be hard to get in and what all you will have to adjust to get them in. The easiest being the shorty unequal and the hardest being the longtubes. You will also need a new H/X pipe or prochamber whatever you are looking at.

I meant if you were to choose long tubes as they wont fit the same h or x as the other 2.

I personally am going to go with some BBK shorty unequals because they are the easiest to install and I have heard that they have great flow unlike the equals that are all knot tied up. Of course I have heard the exact opposite other places where the euals work much better being they are equal lengths. I have also heard mixed responses on which are louder some say shortys some say LTs, personally I am willing to chance the shortys. Most people will tell you (from what i have heard) that if you want it to perform the best that LT headers are going to produce the best HP out of all of them tho, along with being the most difficult to install. Of course if you ask Tim he will tell you to work on something else and not waste your money on headers... Good luck and Hope you get what you are looking for.

make sure you pay the extra money for ceramic coated headers because they will last much longer than chrome. also with chrome, they only stay chrome for like two days and then they change color cause of the heat.

+1 thats very true, they will also keep the headers cooler along with looking better longer.
