coverting to maf

RE: coverting to maf
Uh,... how much does it cost to make XXX wheel horsepower? It depends on a lot of options.
You can:
ebay/junkyard factory ECU (the CORRECT model) - $100
ebay/junkyard MAF connector - $10
ebay/junkyard used stock MAF intake and sensor - $75
autozone wire, connectors, solder, etc. - $10
OR
AEM EMS Standalone - $1400
aftermarket MAF connector patch harness - $50
aftermarket intake - $250
aftermarket MAF - $200
It's up to you. I personally think grabbing all stock components and upgrading the intake later along with the MAF/injectors would be the wisest decision. You need to switch a few pins to the ECU and add the harness for the MAF sensor. It can be done by an enthusiast; look up the pinouts on here.
