Default AFR 185 head question...

Ok well I am building a motor for a customer of mine...and I opted for the AFR 185's with .600" springs..question is..there are coolant ports on the bottom of the heads..and they dont really match the block..one of the ports does..but the other one doesnt..it's really odd..like it's set up for the 351 style block wich i know it was intended for..but this isnt the average 302 buildup and the 165cc's arent enough..does anyone know what im talking about when i say the coolant ports on the lower part of the head?..the stock 302 head has 1 coolant port between each cylinder on the top towards the lifter valley..the head has 2..any input or anything would be greatly appreaciated..thank's.
