After installation of new parts did you had the car tuned/chipped by a proffessional? if not the stock computer on your 94Gt hates mods.

then this is the problem. because it never was dyno tuned or no new computer.

I have almost the same set up as yours and my car is also a 94GT and when I installed new parts, my car had a hard time turning or idling, it was running like dog poo-poo, so I took my car to
www.swansonperformance.com (california) and man! after the tune she runs like a rape ape. I am happy.

what rpm are you at idling? i have that same set up on a 93.

600 ---700 RPM at idle //// Does your 93 lope hard or does it idle smooth?
