a long story short...my started doing this after we put a new cam in. the car will start fine run for awhile then BAMM fall on it's face and die. the car won't start back up for awhile either. i have power to my coil tach side,and my ignition module has power going into it,i have no fire from coil to distributor. changed out modules fire up then die......play with wiring harness start up ...then die. i went ahead and ordered a new wiring harness,but i have a feeling that this is not a cure all. can anybody give me any insite on this headache??

what kind of vacuum are you getting with the new cam? if it's too low, the fuel pressure regulator could be letting the fuel pressure go too high and it's flooding it out from too much fuel. also check the ballast resistor in the ignition circuit, if it's bad, the car will start but not run also.
