Default running rich

ok. i have a 92 LX 5.0HO. when i got the injectors replaced, they were replaced with some from a 351. of course now that its getting more fuel, its running a little rich. it sounds like it is, and carbon is developing on the bumper a lot. does anyone know how i can fix this without getting a mass air flow kit and/or bigger throttle body. i will eventually upgrade the induction, but cant afford it right now.
