hesitation after CAI install
i put on a new 76mm C&L intake and MAF kit the other day, and i'm getting a ton of hesitation under 2400 rpm. its not just a little, its a lot, like i'm driving a frigging four cylinder nissan or something until it hits 2400, then it takes off. has anybody else run into this after putting a CAI on?

Did you get the correct flow tube w/ the mas air meter to match your injectors? You may have to "clock" your mass air now for it to run correctly. Do a search, it was a very heavily discussed topic here a couple of weeks ago.

it might be a vaccum leak, at that higher rpm vaccum is not present and the problem would go away slightly but you would still have a lean condition do to the unmetered air entering the engine.
