Stall converter, shift kit, tune up (because that car is a mid 14sec), bigger MAF, Offroad mid pipe (H or X), underdrive pulleys, basicly just buy some bolt ons.

No offense but you don't seem to be interested in the way to getting those numbers, as long as you get them am I right? If so, slap a supersharger on there or some NOS. If not, look into a kit from trick flow... it comes with cylinder heads, intake manifold, and a new camshaft. That will give you about 350hp for ~2k i think it is...

i am intrested like i want to know if i should go with off rad h pipe or one with high flow cats or what headers are the best for what i plan on running + new at workin on car and i have 3 g's to spend on fixing up my car so im tring to ask people with experience and see what is a good combo

RE: help i run too slow

First, free up as much hp as you can.. Get some shorty headers and catless pipes. I live in cali where there are strict laws on emissions, I just switch out my catless pipes with catted piped every time I smog.. And get yourself a pair of mufflers. (I recomend BBK headers and BBK pipe with flowmasters... more flow than youll ever need) Then open your induction up. Get yourself a cold air kit (I prefer non fenderwell with bigger MAF 76 or 80mm is perfect) and a 70mm throttle body From here stiffen your suspension and chassis up. Just with these mods and a tuneup you should be in the mid to low 14s if not better. These is where the money comes in. A good set of heads intake and cam will set you back about 2k (look used and you save a ton!) With the right combo youve got 300-350hp and are running 13s and if you play your cards right 12s...
You can get all this done for under 3k with ease....

If you've got 3k to spend go with the trick flow kit (didn't know they made one) or the holley systemax, basically the same thing. That will give you plent of power and it will be all engine, then later on if you want more you've got a good base to add forced induction or NO2 if you want. Also throw on some headers and an X-pipe, I just put one on my car and it's great.
