I had an Auburn posi in my '88 Stang for several years. is this the same as what you're talking about?

I dont think so. Roger Johnson has a prototype in his 95 that he got to write a spot in one of the 5.0 magazines. You can go to auburngear.com and see a write-up about it. It has a button inside the car that locks the rear-end. I was hoping someone had one and could tell me if they liked it or not.

they have the new one with the switch in it it's just like the air lockers except it's run off current....would not recommend it for the street at this time due to $$$$$$$ rebuilding your stock unit and adding and extra shim or two will tighten it up to "almost as good"
