Anti roll rear sway bar?

Does anyone have one of these or have seen one on a car? I cant figure out how it works. Heres one on ebay...

It's called a anti roll bar. If your going to get one I'd get it from baseline suspensions or team z. Everything else is junk IMO.

they come factory on 86-93 gts dont they all the gts ive owned have had them! thats just a beefed up aftermarket one!
