Default Leak

Ok i got a tranny leak and it looks like its comin from where the speedometer goes into the tranny. its a 5 speed. anyone have this probelm before? is it a gasket or somethin that broke and is causing it to leak? Thanks Gary

There is a o-ring on there, you probably just need to replace it...very easy

alright cool it had me nervous i thought i had to get a whole new tranny till i got under there and its all wet in the center. DO i need to drain the tranny fluid?

yeah LIL O-Ring, just make sure you dont drive it without fluid, that would be a huge mistake.
