I think I found the motor of choice
Im think of getting the 351w dart Iron eagle then stroke it to a 408w 8.5 compression...then Im going with a 76mm turbo @ 6psi....all on top of AFR 205 with a andersons B-51 cam and trickflow Box r series intake manifold ..how does that sound...I know it will flow lots of air..what size TB should I go with, I was thinking of 80mm tb and a 90mm maf, or is that too big? and any suggestion on the parts for sure im going dss dart iron eagle 408w stroker....and then the 76mm turbo should flow enough...any ideas

RE: I think I found the motor of choice
with a block like that and good internals put it to use. 6psi is babying that thing. make it 12psi and it will scream

RE: I think I found the motor of choice
yep, that block can handle 12-14psi easy.
you're paying for the Iron Eagle, use it |
RE: I think I found the motor of choice
btw: have fun trying to get the tires to hook up, lol
you should easily be putting 600hp to the ground, YEE HAW!!!!! |
RE: I think I found the motor of choice
14psi, if you have o-ringed heads you could go 20psi. but i would not go more than that.

RE: I think I found the motor of choice
well im going to run pump gas..92 octane for street and in street trim ill run low boost...and for track, in goes race fuel and 15psi for track...i have a feeling its going to be a beast...lol whats a good size TB to start with and injectors I know im going to need bigger than a 50lbs inj because that supports up to 500...thats what ill make N/A...I dont even know where to start its a huge motor.

RE: I think I found the motor of choice
my neighbor runs 10psi on pump gas. if timing is right and everything you will be fine. remember with a street car you dont run it for all out power, u run it for safe power. your a/f ratio will be a lil fat on the street.
