Default Roller Rockers

Hey guys, I was wondering how to adjust the 1.6 stud mount roller rockers. I read that you go finger tight, then a half turn. And then tighten up the lock nut, is this accurate??

your supposed to tighten the adjusting screw until you get to zero lash on the lifter, which you can usually feel if you play with it. then you turn a half turn for every .020 inch lash. most lifters are adjusted between .020 - .060. mine are adjusted at around .050. the further you adjust them the less noise they will make, but sometimes the lifters wont pump as much oil.
