I'm thinking of going with a pro50 shifter and was wondering if it's any harder to reach the stick. it looks like its strait up and down while the stock one bends towards you a little. also, is there a better shifter than the pro50????

The pro5.0 still ebnds towards you a bit, you wont have trouble reaching it, especially in a fox body... IMO no. I tried the hurst short throw shifter which was great but its a little bit slow I think, the pro 5.0 is a great piece.

the pro 5.0 is great and to fixe the handle problem use you stock handle just remove the rubber piece,

sweet, i will try the pro50 handle and if it comes up short, i'll just switch the hanldle. thanks for input...
