Default AOD-E acting funny

The AODE in the car has been upgraded with kolene steels and red eagle clutchs, along with a shift kit and a 2800-3000rpm stall. It seems that recently the car has been acting funny. When i put it in reverse it will roll but then do nothing, i hear no noises or anything just feels like its in nuetral. So i put it back in park then into reverse again and its seems fine, it will happen a few times in reverse. Could there be something out of adjustment since i put the tranny back together. Since i redid everything and the torque convertor it seems that i have to rev the car alot higher to get the thing to move, or almost like the car has no response with movement just rpms till i get rolling, could that be to TQ convertor. Some people tell me that PNRDL switch on the tranny can cause this when it goes bad.
Any info would be great.
Thanks

If you have a stall it is going to rev up a little higher so because your car isn't getting any torque to the ground untill higher rpms.

might be a piece of trash in the valvebody.

If the Manual Lever Position sensor (PRNDL switch) has never been replaced, replace it...it's the first thing that goes bad and causes additional problems. You could also do a KOEO/KOER self-test and check if any tranny components codes show up....you could also check if by disconnecting the tranny solenoids connector, the reverse engagement problem doesn't show up...if it doesn't, a problem with the Electronic Pressure Control (EPC) solenoid could be causing it, or a dirty valvebody, as Rsw007 mentioned. My 2¢.

Thanks, i will give that a try. If it continues i might have to go with a PA comp tranny because i do not have faith in this one holding up to high HP levels anyway
