But no pipes give the LX that sound that cant be gotten any other way. Oooo it sounds so mean when you cut them off and put dumps on with a catlass H pipe.

I did mine that way. Just a standard exhaust system really, Mac shorties, Catless H pipe, flow 40's (im a traditionalist) and some home made dumps out of my old exhaust. And with that lumpy F cam, sounds really nice. I always get compliments

Im telling you man, cut them off...you wont regret it and you wont ever want to go back. Plus you save like 30pnds if you get a catless h pipe to.
