Default rear end rebuild

i am getting 3.73s and i need to know what i should get with them. i know my posi clutches are bad because sometimes when i burnout only 1 wheel spins. what else should i get with the gears? also, can i use ANY 3.73s that fit an 8.8? what do you guys think about used gears? thanks!

i would not get used gears. get new ford racing ones. and a rebuild for ur stock diff is like $50

^^^some plcaes will charge you anywhere from $400 to $1000.

used gears are like everything else...just look closely at the ring gear for chips or flat spots.

the pinion usually just chips....

Just get an Auburn posi and a 4.11 Richmond ring set. . Thats the way to fly. No more worries then. JMO though.
