Suspension upgrades question- New poster
Hey everyone,
I'm a new poster here. I've had my '93 Mustang GT for very close to 2 years now and have fixed it up a little bit. First I put in a Cobra manifold, MAC CAI, cobra MAF, flowmasters (still no headers but they're coming soon), 73mm calipers, powerslot rotors, and just added subframe connectors (competition engineering) and a BBK Strut tower brace.
My question is this: How can I make my pony handle rediculously well for a daily with minimal cost? I want to put aside $750 for a rear disc conversion also, and I'm also going to need to get bigger wheels with lower profile tires. After I put in the subframes and the strut tower brace it has actually let me feel the suspension of the car rather than just the chassis flexing like usual, and it has opened my eyes to what the car can do in a circuit racing scenario. I really don't want to spend TOO MUCH money, but there has got to be upgrades to the car that I can do with my brother that really effect the way the car handles for not too high a cost. I want to make this as much of a canyon car as possible. I'm probably going to be moving the battery to the trunk in the next few days also for weight distribution-
Any help appreciated!
Thanks alot!

RE: Suspension upgrades question- New poster
the disk brakes are a huge improvement over stock, I got the stainless steel brakes rear disk upgrade, it only took around 6 hours to install, but you have to use a tube bender to bend your stock lines though.
my instructions said I may have to slightly bend the line to fit, I guess their idea of slightly is a 180 degree bend.
springs will help it handle better, and a bigger swaybar in the front and rear will help too.
control arms will help plant the power.
