i was at my friend's house and i put my E-brake on and the cable SNAPPED i heard that to fix it i need to rewind the spring how do i do this

first go to the auto parts and get the cable that u need. its not really that bad to put on. craw under the car and make sure u get the right one, one is right one is left. and i think there is a connector cable at the e-brake handle.

there should one from the handle to the right and left cables, make sure you look and see which one you need

i broke the 1 hooked to the handle actually right after i told someone that i was waiting for it to break. but what do i do to rewind the spring on the handle
