i was talking with my friend and we saw a bada$$ cobra which has a dual overhead cam.

No there not factory 5.0, only factory DOHC is a 5.4 which is in the new 06 Cobra.

It's a mod motor - 4.6 based.

For has an engine called the 5.0 cammer. It cost 14 or 15k and puts out 400hp n/a.
