Electric Fan? Fit my 89 Mustang GT? Enough CFM? Look please!
Hi,
I am looking at purchasing a electric fan for my 89 mustang gt convertible. I found one off a 93 taurus wagon. First, is the CFM from this fan sufficient? Will it fit? There arent any wires or connectors coming out of it, can I still make it work? If so, how? Let me know what you think about this fan. What do I need to buy to get this wired p, and also what kit to get this running electrically in relation to a certain coolant temperature? Where do I buy the kit? Thanks, Landon.

Kits available from here: www.dccontrol.com
I've had the FK35($126 to my door) controller from this website on my car for a year now with a junkyard sourced 3.8 Taurus fan; it works beautifully......

first off if its from the wagon its the one you need and those pull way more than enough air for your car. i have one sitting on my porch still i need to upgrade my alt to 130 to use it and you would too if you dont already have a 130 or higher. they fit great the pull more air then most after market fans its rated at like 5000 from what i have heard. search for the topic and you will find it and a diagram and artical on how to instaul it i would def buy it if i were you
