Default paint job

does any1 the goin rate for a paintjob? i wanna get a decent 1 and i have alittle body work that needs to be done like 2 little starting rust spots. I wanna paint it a bright orange.

its according to what all you have to do to it i guess. no body work, base coat, clear coat. bout 1000 around here. me and my uncle are going to paint mine in a week. hes good as heck. ima try to pick up some good pointers. you know anyone who paints? prolly get a great deal from someone you know

Mine is going in to get resprayed black in 2 weeks,Ive done all the prep and prime work myslef and its running me 900$ (Stage 2 Job)

Im getting mine resprayed black from a perfessional shop in town 2-3 coats of black and clear coat,Its going to look like it just rolled off the assembley line,And im only paying 900$,3500$ is for the fools who fall for it..

You can get 2-3 hands of paint and 1 hand of clear from Macco for half that???

The fool is someone who think they are getting a 3500 paint job for $950......

Paint and supplies are expensive. Expect to pay more for better quality that last longer and looks better. Plus body work. The money is in the labor as well. Its a lot of spraying and even more sanding. If you dont want to pay for a professional job, they will find ways to cut corners. No one works for free.....
