i dont remember what brand the filter is but its clear so i can see the gas flow through it and make sure everything is working right. it was like 7 bucks. normal hose is fine you dont need braided. i actually had to take my dremel and wear down the inside of the hose to fit on the fittings...i didnt feel like making my 5th trip back to the speed shop that day. it works fine if i get the chance ill take my rear wheel off clean the dirt off everything and take some pictures of what it looks like for you to get an idea of what the lines look like

not sure but if its fuel line hoes it has to be rated somewhat high.

its fuel line hose. it says it on the outside of the hose. the holley red does a max of 9 psi and normaly does 6

You mounted it in the rear by the tank I assume? Can you mount it in the engine bay?

Im sure u could use a filter in the engine bay but there is an issue with that, u want the fuel to be filtered before it enters the pump.

yeah you can and its recomended up there but the ******* that owned the car before me put in a $30 peice of **** pump that literaly melted so i just mounted it where the old one was made less work...check out these pictures of my old pump

Ok so ideally I want the line from the tank to go thru the filter, then the pump, then to the carb? Mount the pump & filter in the back.
