Classifieds here or other forums are probably the best bet for the lowest price. Then ebay, then someplace like brothersperformance.com or google it.

RE: PONY RIMS
Hey I have some chrome pony rims. The rear has good tires, Front has decent tires but should be replaced edge is worn pretty bad. Hopefully if things go right i should have new rims in a week or two. I'm debating on selling my pony rims, cuz i totalled my high school car a year ago but still have all custom blue and black interior for maybe another rebuild. But i may just sell that stuff too. So I guess what i'm saying is if you wanna make a decent offer i'll be happy to sell. They are used but in great shape.

Depends where you live, I live in the BA and I see pony's go for like $300 with tires, good to great condition. The best part is no shipping prices.

I live in UT, but chrome pony rims should go for more than 300 bucks a set, espescially since mine are factory rims. My opinion i guess. Not sellin them for three hundred though. Would rather hold onto them in case another project car finds it's way into my garage.

No offense, IBA86, but you will be hard pressed to get more than $300 for them. They are pretty easy to come by and most people upgrade to different 4-lugs.
