o2 sensors have been replaced, The pvc valve is about the only thing I have not replaced. Would that cause my problem if it were bad?

PCV wouldn't cause that. If it went bad you would just blow out you seals or pop your dip stick out. How about the air charge temp sensor in the intake?

Do you still have your cats? Maybe they are going bad and causing a restriction. Auto or manual transmission?

I'm all stock on a 90 Gt Convertible AOD and I get between 20 to 24 mpg in mixed city/highway driving. One person metioned tires, make sure they are inflated properly. Also, did you change tires recently, and particularly did you change tire size? Also, did you clean your throttle body? Did you check the computer for any codes? Wouldn't hurt to try a seafoam treatment for your upper motor and injectors.

I dont think the these new fuel mixtures are doin our stangs really well either. When that MBTE was introduced, my mileage, dropped 2mpg.......same drivin style. To give you guys an idea, I am still on my original clutch and I got 138k.....Hey, I'll still lay down a good second though LOL!!!
