Default New O2's? FI Cleaner?

I am really sick of my terrible gas mileage, I mean i have a 5.0, but still I shouldn't get what I get. Anyhow I have a couple of questions. What FI cleaner do I use (or what is best?), O2 sensors (should I replace them since I put atleast two coolant reservoir sized flushes straight through my engine by accident 300mi ago), also anything else that might help besides lighter on the pedal? I get nearly 150mi per tank. How large is the tank, I assumed 13. Also is there a better gauge that can be bought to know how much gas is in my tank, don't really trust mine. Anything would help, with gas ranging around $3.20, cruising is almost cut out, I already friggin bike to work.

Anyhelp, I want to go down to the auto store and get some FI cleaner, and maybe runs some codes because I am at 1/4 tank and probably fill up this weekend.

What is your base timing set to? If it's like 6-8* or something, you may raise it to 12-14. This helped my mileage tremendously, and made the car a good bit faster. Otherwise, what about a basic tuneup?

I have no clue what my timing is set at. I don't want to advance too much because I don't want to have to run 91, what do you consider as a basic tune-up, just got done with wire, plugs, fuel filter, air filter (actually new CAI), cap, rotor. Any suggestions on FI cleaner, also is it worth the $70 just to replace my O2's since they are bound to fail soon, that is what my buddy told me that will probably happen soon if not. Will I know when they fail?

You could give the o2's a shot. Try to go w/ a good comercial grade tank additive. Like something a local shop would sell. Not just some crap off the shelf from auto zone.

Alright so my buddy next door, two of them are mechanics. I had him come over, we checked my timing, and it was at 8. So we bumped it up to 10. Should I expect anything different? As in a mysterious knock coming along? I should be safe with 10 correct? Did CA cars get clocked to 8, unlike most that are at 10?

Is there a reason that someone might have set it at 8? Would that solve an issue if it had one.
