ok so its on the outside of the intake, not the inside like on a gm. so it probably looks like a temp sensor of some type and threads into the intake?

dude i used a gear drive for about 250 miles i almost came through my timing cover there no good for a 302

there is no set mileage..many a stangs have 250k with the org. one........there a several clues that one is going bad
