how do I adjust idle on 91 AOD?

I dont see this screw on my TB that is in every diagram from here to high heaven. So how do I adjust idle? Is it with the mechanism below? If so how?

If you look straight down at the top of your throttle body it is right below the intake tube on the back of the throttle body linkage.There are two cables:the throttle cable and the throttle pressure cable that goes to the tranny.It is right above the tranny cable.That is the one to the outside of the throttle body.

I'm not sure on the 91's but I know up to '95 5.0 you can adjust the tps signal to get more air flow...Someone said... Your stock calibration is 1.7 something or around there. You can make it 1.99 volts without stalling. This will improve power. so I was told..There is an adjustment inside tps for this. The tps cannot read more than 1.99 volts! The car will not run right.
