For the money i'm happy with my car. It's got a new Cobra R trans from summit in it and King Cobra clutch. Along with gears, exhaust, little motor stuff. I figured i'd done all that to any car except the trans so I gave roughly $1500 for the car.

I really like the hood but it doesn't have hood pins which worries me so I just ordered some off ebay to make it a little more secure.

does the hood not look/feel secure?

Just looked at to many mustangs with glass hoods that came up. Since the hood is already molded for them that tells me designer was expecting them to be used.
