Is there a big difference in weather or not u have the intake into the sidewall? And if yes then wut is the difference?

if the filter is in the fender, its supposed to bring in cooler air as opposed to it being right near the engine where its going to bring in warmer, more dense air from the heat of the engine.

Colder air gets into the engine if you have a fenderwell intake, but you're also much more likely to get water into the engine, which would be very bad.

The colder the air, the denser, if it's denser, that means more of it gets into your combustion chamber at one time, making more power.
