stick with tailpipes, the air disperses right, with dumps it doesnt disperse as good. also dumps have your car smelling like exhaust in traffic. stick with tails, they sound better IMO. because the hollow sound. i have tails on my GT.

My car came with dumps right after the mufflers and i dont like it at all. Every time i drive the car i end up smelling like exhaust fumes. It sounds awesome at idle but get kinda hollow when revved up. I would keep the tailpipes. Just my opinion.

I've got my single pipe dumped before the axle, and I love the sound. Fumes don't bother me too bad, just smells like horsepower. [8D] Its nowhere near as bad now as it was when it was dumped right under the passenger seat.[:'(]

Well, I guess the dumps are the dumps, lol. J/K I will keepthe tails for now but little interested in side exit. Maybe not sidepipes, but some other sort of side exit in front of the back tire?

dumps sound awesome, but like these guys said theres a few side effects. one not mentioned is if you ever turn in gravels anytime they will blow dirt everywhere dude. so if youre ever around gravel dont do it. youll hate it. my buddy had them on a 97 cobra and theres gravel turning spots in town. he made a dirt tornado when he turned it around. screw that sheit. pipe it out the rear bro!

i think its depends what you want your car to sound like.....with mine off road H and flows dumped....sounds beastly! everyone says it sounds like a monster.....everyone thinks it sounds like open pipes...my dad hates it because when i first got them when i started it up in the garage knocked all the pictures off the wall ...so if you want mild noise....and just that acceleration sound....then keep the pipes....you want all around mean sound dump em!
