Should I buy this Cobra?

1976 Mustang V8 Cobra

Automatic?

$2000

Runs and just needs some minor body work, rust....

Should I buy?

I dont really like any of the 70's Stangs but for 2grand I think it would be cool as long as your sure that the body work is only minor. Sometimes it seems like there is just more and more that you hadnt known was there and that gets pricey. V8 Cobra though, that's not bad

Well I love cars from yester year, I'm only 17 so I never grew up with them....

Yeah I agree. I'm 15 and I think it's cool having something from well before I was born with a lot more character than just another stang

If you take this question to the 5.0 section, you will get better responses. Nevermind, I will do it for you.

I'm 20 and I believe that there will never be anything like the old cars from a few decades ago. The stories from the people who were around when the cars were new are always good ones to hear...especially from my dad and grand parents.

Yeah I agree and a lot of other people are going to feel that way too. I wouldn't recommend getting it just because buying cars like this starts a disease. You cant stop and just leave it alone. So because of that you will probably spend more cash then you're planning. Why not get a 64-69 and get a return on all that $$$ and effort? They're in higher demand, parts are cheaper, a lot better looking IMO, and will definitely be a better investment
