anyone bought from merzainc???
dudes he got my payment like 2 weeks ago and keep running me around about shipping. it still hasnt even been shipped. just PM'ed him again and now hes logged off. i sent him 370 for an rpm II intake. hes selling lots of stuff on here and i was wondering if anyone has bought from him. let me know yall im starting to worry.

I almost did this morning, but before we even finished up the deal he was tellin me to send him money and he would ship em out but i hadnt even told him my name or address yet. I had a bad feeling about him and luckily something else came up for my money to go to. Do you have his address and name and everthing?

yea. i got all the info. he says he parted it out. i know i can track the money oder and he would have to have the same ID as on it to cash it. i dont know, he said he was having family probs and it could be true. im just being precautious. just in case. hes selling alot of stuff on here. i figured someone else may have bought something from him.

put in a complaint to ebay saying he isnt going to ship it.
if you wait too long he will just take the money and run.
I got ripped off twice from ebay

ripped me off for $107 for a cobra mass air meter.
he did the same thing, then eventually told me he was ripping me off.
at the same time nanareeves was supossed to ship me a cobra computer I paypaled $375 for it and he gave me the runaround too, saying he shipped it, and never did.
I bidded on all his stuff just to screw him over and he got me banned.
by the time I explained my situation to ebay it was too late to do anything about the MAF.
so I learned 2 things from my experience.
1. get their phone number and talk to them personally before sending any money,
2. dont wait too long if they dont ship it.
you can contact your local police and they will do something about it.
put in a complaint to ebay saying he isnt going to ship it.
if you wait too long he will just take the money and run.
I got ripped off twice from ebay

I was considering the SC he's offering now...
You still having problems with him?? I was going to Paypal the money from a credit card so I'd have some level of protection....

im hoping hes just being lazy and really has it. if so i just wish he would send it on. i would never leave someone hanging like that when i sell stuff. i mean, he has the $$, that should be motivation for him to haul it to the local ups. im not sure yet....but i think ive been raw dawged...[:@]
