RE: relocated battery now problems
the battery charges like it should now but starting is still a bit hard.
I'm going to add a few branch off grounds from where I grounded the negative terminal. What other wires should I upgrade to help remedy or that might help my situation? Should I upgrade the wire that goes from the main solenoid to the starter? and the alternator wire? I'm gonna go to the junkyard next tommorow and try to pick up a 3G alt.

If you are goin to the boneyard anyways, the flat braided ground straps from the engine to the frame might help. Don't know what cars or trucks have em. They should be free if you take them off yourelf.

I used the same set up from summit. The only thing I didn't use was the box, very cheesy!! I used the cable that came w/ it and have never had any problems at all. I mean, you're just basically moving the battery and adding longer cables. How can you screw that up? I must be missing something.

Take it and have the system checked. They will load test the battery, have them do an amperage cranking test for the starter. The starter should not draw more than 150 amps while cranking. Sometimes it's better to have a pro check it out rather than throwing money aimlessly at it.
