How often do you change your trans oil and how beneficial is it if you drive hard?

they claim you should do it ever 25k if your tow or do city driving along with dusty areas. more if only highway use

if you have a auto. I change mine every 20k also install an transmission cooler this will about double the life of it

transmission coolers are basically radiators for your transmission. Transmission fluid gets pumped through them and cooled. I don't know if there would be any benefit in using one on a manual transmission. I doubt it.

Yea I change Mine Around every 10K T-5 I have 93LX WHite, T-5 s only take 3 quarts of Mercon ATF I run the MerconV Synthetic now i had Amsoil in it but a littly pricy at 7 a Quart. Im also changing out my t-5 housing seal after 96,000 miles it leaks a tiny bit, only 9 bucks for that part .
What i want to know is how often do you change your rear gear fluid i have 355 s and i think i have had my amsoil sytnhtetic in for a few years and 50,000 miles please send me a reply on that issue

once a year I change transmission oil on normal day to day driving, Hard driving 3 times a year.
