To begin with that’s a heavy allegation to slap on anyone so if there is any doubt in what your accusing this guy of you should investigate first, confront him second and then expose him if 1 and 2 add up. Do you have any other evidence other than pictures? License plate? Im not saying your lying but I’m not saying he is either. Is there any possibility it could be 2 cars that look alike? It happens. Make a list of all the HARD facts so we can make a judgment on this.

I just sent the other guy an email. He hasnet posted for a couple weeks so we probaly wont hear back from him for a while if not ever.

my bad dude, there was no way for me to know about this... the mods are aware of the situation and he has been PMed to rectify it.
