I dont know where it goes actually, it looks like the previous owner chewed through it. This guy (previous owner) is turning out to be a real pecker!
It connects to some sort of lever / mechanism on the front of the shifter, but inside the car. Its a cable connected to a plastic lever thingy ma bob looky dealy. I'll take a pic tonight. Any ideas in the meantime?

god damn it, its the cable that u plug into the back of the TV duh 
lol u need to see where it starts and ends. the bad part is if its the one im thinking it is i just threw mine out for my AOD i would of gave it to ya.

No wonder I cant get reception on my steering wheel![:@]
I know where it starts but the other end is chewed off......
I'll just ask the cable tonight, see what it says. After all it should know where it belongs right?

That one is fine. Its this other one that I cant figure out.
If your looking down on a AOD shifter there is a plastic lever at the base in the front, and connected to it is a cable. Dis is de cable I speak about. Any idea? I guess its not the TV cable, must be the shifter cable? If so what purpose does it serve?
