I have a scanner and it hasn't help narrow it down yet... most of the code show sensors with too much voltage yes it will sometimes start if you press the gas...codes. 22 map/bp sensor out of self test range. 35 pfe or evp circuit above max limit of4.81 volts... 51ect sensor signal greater than self test max of 4.6...53 tps circuit above max of4.6... 54 act sensor above self test max of 4.6... 67 neutral safety circuit failure

22: map/bp sensor out of self test range.
35: evp circuit above max limit of 4.81 vdc
51: ect sensor signal greater than self test max of 4.6vdc
53: tps circuit above max of 4.6vdc
54: act sensor above self test max of 4.6vdc
67: neutral safety circuit failure
The TPS being over 4.x vdc, causes the system to go into fuel injector shut-off mode (same as keeping the pedal down to clear a flooded condition while cranking engine)...from the list of codes, keeping in mind that the BP, TPS, EVP share 5vdc Voltage REFerence (VREF), they all share SIGnal ReTurN (SIGRTN) ECM supplied ground reference...you could either have a shorted SIGRTN wire, or a shorted out sensor, causing problems with the readings of the other sensors........or a bad ECM.
Suggest to check signal output voltage from all the sensors listed to ground, Ign On......and a voltage reading from SIGRTN to ground, Ign On. Let us know what readings you get.
PS: Use this wiring diagram to id the wires at each sensor connector.
