Default Clutch issues

Pulled the motor today, put in a new melling high pressure pump and all that jazz. Now i'm having clutch issues, it feels sorta soft and I cant changed gears when its to the floor. I have the jegs adjustable cable set up with new metal quadrant, I have a kew king cobra clutch kit. Could this just be adjustments, like on the nuts where the clutch fork is? They are backed off pretty far right now, almost to the end bassicly..
