i work at a parts store and you can get the whole tensioner or just the pulley. It's about $75 for the whole assembly. I currently do not use my belt tensioner but that is a long story.

I think I need the whole assembly. I guess I could just get the pulley, but I won't have an impact wrench at the junkyard to pull just the pulley off. I really don't know how to get it off, i guess I'll just have to figure it out. So just f-150's to get it off of?

oh yeah when you take it apart watch out how you take it off. theres a big spring in there and its a bitch to get it back together once the spring comes out. and if it shoots out at you i'm sure it hurts when it hits you.
