yea i have 3.73s cai pulleys and a cat back what should i get next if i really want to feel a difference?

Heads. They're expensive, so if you're budget minded, which we all are, I'd say MAF and throttle body.

larger MAF would make a difference. TB won't matter till you get a better intake and heads.

I did a 5 psi supercharger, a 73 MM Mass Air Filter, and an now doing a Trick Flow upper and lower intake. Do you think I should do a throttle body now? or wait, do the injectors first and tackle this later?

Well, you should really do both. I would get a bigger TB... before/after injectors.

do injectors first because u dont have to take the manifold off to put a tb on

Good point and that's why I'm actually doing the manifolds now. They have to come off to do the lower manifold gasket, aso I'm biting the bullet and have a Trick Flow unit on the way.
