since no one answered your question I'll give it a shot.
both these guys can build you up a complete crate engine

buy new stock short block for $500
Trick Flow TwistedWedge top kit ( heads cam intake the works ) $2,200
have someone assymble it for you $500
Total ............ apx. $3,500 give you about 350hp engine.

i bought a engine much the 331 short block from coast high. my boss has a 347 from coast high. in my opinion, they make some of the best engines you can get. i wouldnt buy a stock short block unless you dont plan on running big numbers or forced induction.
