Ok heres the story...maybe someone can help me out.

92 convertible gt just dies on the road driving at slower speeds....dosn't really make any noises at all

I have checked so far:

fuel pressure
injectors are pulsing (noid light)
car has spark
tested 130 psi of compression
timing seems correct

this thing won't even TRY to start....not a single puff of smoke out the exhaut or anything

any ideas?

Ok so it dies. Then what. Will it restart immediately? What are the next set of events that follow?

no the car will not start at all

hmm also note the car is cranking at 500 rpm on the tach

busted timing chain?

So it still won't start. Be a little more clear on what's going on.
