put the voltage tester on the tps and slowly move thr throttle all the way from closed to open and view the meter for any flat spots or drops in voltage... you may have a bad TPS
and make sure the car isnt running

WHAT A MESS!!!!!!!! Os sensors may have too much air passing them from the lack of exhaust. put some pipe behind the header but remember "the best muffler is no muffler"
