whats the best way to catch a con???
this dude merzainc on here has ripped me and at least 1 other guy on here off. how can i catch him. i have a picture, address name. i sent a money order. what would you guys do? i gotta leave for awhile but ill be back to look in a little while. thanks yall

If you mailed him a money order/ check from another state and he hasn't sent you item isn't that interstate commerce fraud?
