89 gt , 306, small cam only had car about 2 months, when idleing the car surges until it dies, i have found if i pull the line off the vacum tree that goes to the intake it will suck air and idle fine. or if i pull out the pcv valve while running the car will even idle pretty good. the pcv valve rattles like its ok. still may need new one? can provide more info if needed, any help is appreciated.
