I had a hard time deciding between tinting my windows and getting 3.90 gears installed. I think that I'm going to get my windows tinted, I got quoted at a local shop (local for me is 38 miles away, it's in the nearest town) for $250.00 for a full tint and for them to remove my rear crappy tint that the previous owner put on. It kinda sucks though, colorado won't let you go more than a 30% tint.

30% will be ok if you can tint the front winshield... im guessing you cant though

TX (or at least Dallas) is 20%.... A friend of mine got a ticket a while back b/c his were ~25%

That sucks. I dont think thats a bad decision though.... now if you said you were going to get a new bumper or something over gears I would have to smack ya but tinted windows on foxes just look bad a$$! Good luck!

I looked at some pictures of 30% tint and it was still pretty dark. I think that I'm going to like it.

you already have a pretty good mod list... i would go with the tint. I have 35% on all the windows and its actually really dark

Eh, but I need more, I think that gears will be really nice to finish it off for a while. After gears I'm really going to start working on visual and suspension stuff, like drag springs, subframes, heat extractor hood, maybe a saleen wing on the back, headlights etc.

Than do the gears and just leave the performance alone for a while and just focus on visual AND SUSPENSION.

oh and about the 30% tint I live in california 30% is dark for us
