Default wheel wells

i took my wheel well out in the front cuz i was running wires in the fender well, and just didnt feel like putting it back in, do i really need it in, i dont drive the car often, its a third car, it NEVER sees rain unless i just get stuck, its quickly becoming simply a street legal strip car, i just dont feel like putting them back in, whats the worst that can happen?

Probably get a little dusty/dirty faster and you can see your engine from the side. That`s about it I think. Lots of racers chuck them for weight loss[sm=itsok.gif]

The real problem is gonna be rocks. The inner fender liner keeps rocks or small stones from flying up and denting the underside of the fender. I would put them in. They are plastic and don't way anything. You will end up with dings all over your fenders. They also keep crap off the door hinges and keep them clean so they operate properly.

Any good racer knows not to take them off. You don't take any weight off the car and now you create loads of wind resistance.

Put 'em on.

I rarely see drag cars with them off, if the car came with them. I work with a racer and he was "complimenting" the big holes for wind to get through on some oldsmobile we had in our shop.

6 lbs is absolutely nothing, that's like saying... If I go hungry before this race I'll win. 6lbs is good for about... 0.006 of a sec. And now you have all that air hitting sharp edges and going up into your fenders creating lift and slamming against your firewall.
