quick question
wel when my dads heter hose tube ripped while he was drivng home and stop on the side of the road and saw that the coolant overflow tank was bone dry, he called his friend and ask her to pick up so collant and bring it out to him so he could limp home, only like a mile.
so he pooured it in there and and drove home and I did the hoses i noticed that the collant he put in was not premixed and the overflow tank was completely full...
my question is how could i get some of that out so i could put water to get the proper mixture 60/40. and this car is stored in the winter so i dont need to worry about to much water in the system to freeze up.
Thanks
Ted

RE: quick question
pull the hose off the bottom?
simple syphon:
1/8-1/4" clear tubing from hardware store.
stick most of it in the tank, put your thumb over one end still out.
pull hose out and down below tank level, release your thumb and
syphon will start.
DO NOT SUCK ON HOSE WITH ANTI-FREEZE!!!!.
a tablespoon of that stuff is supposed to be enough
to f uck your kidneys all to hell
