My car smokes blue smoke when i start it and i was told, by my buddies engine builder, that it is the valve seals...
Kragen sells stock ones for $15.99 for the intake valves, and $15.99 for the exhaust valves...
I want to replace the valve springs while i have them off... what kind should i get? Where is a good place to look?

I went w/ a Crane kit from summit for $130...good to .550 lift. Blue smoke usually means you're burning oil.

What does you mean up to .550 lift?

Stock cam has .444 lift, those springs will get rid of your valve float at higher rpms and will work w/ a different cam up to .550 lift.
